An event we’ve been waiting for since we attended last years SVC wayzgoose! This is one great time!
The Wayzgoose was hosted this past Saturday by Seattle’s School of Visual Concepts and located a few steps from the famed Space Needle.
It features a Steamroller Smackdown, Marketplace, Demos and an Equipment Swap.
To Start…We hit up the Equipment Swap first to pick up some “tools of the trade”.
And on to the SMACKDOWN!!!
At the end of the day, KeeganMeegan & Co, and this incredible cut, came out Smackdown CHAMPIONS!
Every print of the day was hung from each of SVC’s 4 stories. A silent auction was held for each print.
Everyone had the opportunity to print their own keepsake on one of SVC’s Vandercooks. Catherine took a swing at this one – Nice job!
We finished the day off with a hotdog from Dante’s Inferno Dogs and an Meyer Lemon Ice Cream from Parfait’s Delivery Truck – Awesome!
This event is a MUST for any Letterpress Printer or Enthusiast in the area. Can’t wait for next year!
